Mapping: Use of Compass and Meter Tape

Please be patient while your browser generates a big table “on the fly.” Note: this is formatted such that the point where you began is considered to be point “0.” For that point, the only datum you will need to enter is the width (if measured) at that point. For each subsequent point, you will also need to enter the width at that point. Additionally, for each subsequent point, you will need to enter the length (in meters) from the previous point to that point (so the distance from point 0 to point 1 will be entered for point 1), the azimuth (in degrees from north) from the previous point to that point, and the azimuth “backwards” from that point back to the previous point (so once again, the readings to/from 0 and 1 would be entered under point 1).
