DAVID FANKHAUSER'S HOMEPAGE AWAY FROM HOME...
Modified 10 November 1999, 23 Nov 99, 11 Dec 99
Thanks to Jan Carter for allowing me some space on her computer on which to load pictures and files from my home office via FTP after changes were made in the College server which prevents this kind of loading. Here is the link to my Primary Homepage at U.C. Clermont College. Here is a list of the directories on her server which you may visit:

BUILDING PROGRESS
OF THE NEW 'BIOLOGY WING' AT CLERMONT COLLEGE
The college is building a new building which will house two biology
labs, computer labs, classrooms and offices. Here is a weekly record of
the construction taken from my current office window. They have been composed
from two pictures, and thus there is occasionally a strange apparent bend
in what should be a straight line...CHEESE
PAGE I have constructed a site devoted to cheese
making and fermented milk products. Also, my wife and I have videotaped
the process of making cheese in our kitchen. They have been digitized
by Jan Carter, and require RealPlayer G2 software to play. The two
segments are:
1) First stages: Inoculation of the milk, addition of the rennet, cutting the curd, mixing in salt (about 30 minutes)
2) Final stages: Assembling the press, loading curd into the press, pressing, removing from the press and waxing of the cheese (about 20 minutes.)
