Here are a few video clips of the stages of making cheese.
You will need to have RealPlayer G2 or at least QuickTime 3 to see them. The RealPlayer
files stream, and if you have a slow internet connection, these will show
better . This page will work best in Netscape rather than Microsoft
Explorer. Many thanks to Jan Carter for valuable assistance with both
