Video Files of the Cheese-Making Process

    Here are a few video clips of the stages of making cheese.  You will need to have RealPlayer G2 or at least QuickTime 3 to see them.  The RealPlayer files stream, and if you have a slow internet connection, these will show better .  This page will work best in Netscape rather than Microsoft Explorer.  Many thanks to Jan Carter for valuable assistance with both this page, and converting the video files to these formats.  Click the image to start the video.
