Here are selected notes for my Bio 103 lectures.
 
COURSE OBJECTIVES FOR BIOLOGY 103 ARE TO LEARN AND BE ABLE TO APPLY:
  1. principles of plant and animal phylogeny and the evolutionary patterns upon which they are based
  2. elements of the structure and function of the human organism and its organ systems
  3. biological terms related to these concepts with their derivation from the Latin and Greek
  4. the ways in which these principles affect our daily lives, and thereby more effectively live in this biological world
