As we successfully master the prerequisite skills, we will perform the following experiments.
Note that using the PCR machine may require some lab time outside of regular lab hours.
Quizzes are administered in the last 30-45 minutes of the lab period.
Late Lab Notebook = -10%/lab...

A word about the Lab:

Lab time will be used for three purposes: 

1) to conduct laboratory work illustrating the principles and lab practices of genetics

2) as a recitation session to discuss homework problems and lecture material

3) for the administration of quizzes, 4:20 to 4:50 PM on noted dates
